Community Brain Health Day

Roots Community Health Center in San Jose, CA is inviting everyone to join Roots Community Health Center for our Virtual Community Brain Health Day in March 2022!

They believe having information about maintaining a healthy brain starts at any age and with an open conversation. This event, in collaboration with the Alzheimer’s Association <https://www.alz.org/>, will focus on how we can protect our cognitive health through food and diet, disease awareness, and community-based resources.
